  1. Start with the Breath
    → One mindful breath can reset your nervous system.
    Inhale deeply, exhale slowly. Come home to your body.

    → Your wellbeing is more than your body. Care for your tinana (physical), hinengaro (mind), wairua (spirit), and whānau (relationships) each day — even in tiny ways.

  3. Movement is Medicine
    → Move how your body wants to move — not just how you think you should. A short walk, a stretch, or a dance in the kitchen all count.

  4. Rest is Productive
    → You don’t need to earn rest. You are worthy of care, even when you’re still.

  5. You Are Your Best Guide
    → The answers you seek are already within. All healing begins with listening — to your body, your heart, your intuition.
